Horrible - Unprofessional customer service. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give them a shot. My husband and I scheduled a couples massage for our 6 year anniversary.
We could've went through a site like thumbtack.com to book a massage for $80 each ($160 total) but instead we decided to pay $260 dollars because I didn't want to deal with reaching out to two different people, scheduling them at the same time and also making sure they were comfortable working with someone else in the same room.
So we bit the bullet and booked through Zeel. 3 days later our appointment was confirmed and we were given names of masseuse who were assigned to us.

2 hours before out appointment they informed us that one of the masseuse was no longer available (didn't apologize, didn't give a valid reason, didn't give us a call, just a generic text message). We were given an option to cancel or have one masseuse do back to back.
IF WE WANTED TO DO BACK TO BACK we would've booked through thumbtack (the same masseuse is on there as well) we paid extra to get a service that was not given to us.
So disappointed in them. It ruined the whole experience. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH ZEEL AGAIN. I understand situations arise and things happen but they can at-least CALL and apologize or try to make it up to us.
NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely horrible service.
BOOK THROUGH thumbtack!!!!

Providers NOT Vaccinated

Not only does Zeel not mandate that their massage therapists get vaccinated for COVID, but they don't have an option to allow you select a vaccinated provider.

This was absolutely the worst experience and waste of my time!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

This was absolutely the worst experience ever!!! I am in horrific pain and scheduled an appointment and paid online. Then I just received a couple of texts saying they were having difficulty fulfilling my request. I tried to contact someone via their supposed text support since they have NO NUMBER to call. I literally spent 2 solid hours waiting and then finally got a reply to the text that was completely AUTOMATED! I was livid, and there's no one to apologize or help. I was already miserable and hurting and this just made everything 1000 times worse. Now my appointment time has come and gone, and they literally haven't even told me sorry no one is there. If I had known they were never going to send anyone, I would have booked somewhere else!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! Total rip off.

Excellent!

My boyfriend surprised me on my birthday with a couples massage in our apartment and it was a fantastic experience!! Lamar and Cassio were fun to chat with, very professional, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It was my first time being massaged by a man and he did a great job with communication and making me feel comfortable. Not only were the massages great but they were both fun and made me feel very comfortable despite the semi awkwardness of having a stranger come over and set up massage tables in your home. They even had nice music for ambiance! 10/10!

Anniversary Weekend Saved

3/12/2021 The therapist ,Jenny Moore, was excellent. My husband and I scheduled a couples massage. Jenny showed up and we assumed the other therapist was downstairs trying to get checked in and get to our room. We waited on the other therapist but no one showed up. Jenny contacted someone and found out the other therapist canceled. We did not receive any information of the cancellation. Had it not been for Jenny we would not have know. Jenny also agreed to do my husband’s massage since we had scheduled a massage for us both. We were so appreciative of Jenny. She saved the day.
However ,we are disappointed that the therapist that canceled did not contact us and let us know.

I am livid !!!!!

I am livid !!!!!! I reserved a massage 2 weeks ago for Valentine’s Day. The company sent a gizzilion confirmation text messages and cancelled my appt 10 mins before the appointment ON VALENTINES DAY! This is extremely unacceptable. I am at a complete loss at how this is acceptable and there is no telephone number to contact anyone to discuss the matter! Never using again.

Well....FRAUD

Well, somehow my card number was stolen and this company allowed someone to use my number without the physical card or pin and a charge of 135.00 went through. Ridiculous!

Awsome. Arrived on time, very professional and courteous, The massage was everything it advertised. The best part was all in the comfort and privacy of home.

My husband and I got the couples massage and both therapists were absolute amazing! They were definitely masters of their skill and very pleasant! Would highly recommend Zeel, this was definitely much needed. Thank you!
